Your Responsabilities

  • Deliver proactive HR partnership to Line Managers, Members of the Senior Management Group and to the Management Board in the areas of workforce planning, onboarding, talent management, performance management, employee relations and the orchestration of other HR services for Research & Development
  • Communicate effectively with the internal stakeholder to understand the requirements of the business and foster a positive working environment
  • Provide advice and guidance to management as needed
  • Implement change based on proven change management techniques
  • Contribute to maintaining an appreciative, respectful and transparent corporate culture
  • Responsible for recruitment processes for the business sector Research & Development
  • Seek ways to proactively improve organizational processes and outcomes
  • Onboarding of new Line Managers
  • Strengthen the cooperation with our US-subsidiary in the USA in terms of a “one company” thinking

Your Requirements

Degree in Business related field with Human Resources Focus with minimum 10+ years of HR experience, ideally in progressive roles within the HR Business Partner Model in a matrix environment

Experience in a Life Sciences environment is a must, ideally with a footprint in Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels within the organization

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet timelines

Skilled with change processes in complex systems

Excellent negotiating skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once

Experienced in presenting and standing in for own ideas

Strong and pragmatic decision-making skills, especially in relation to conflict resolution

Detail-oriented while keeping the big picture in mind

Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and international environment

A high degree of self-confidence and standing, able to deal with highly demanding stakeholders

Out of the box thinking

Strong German and English language skills, both verbally and in writing is a must
