The role of the People Business Partner is to work closely with the relevant local leaders and the local and/or global People team, acting as a catalyst for increased focus and capability build in talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, employee engagement, employee wellness and performance management.
In your role, you are responsible for pro-actively advising and coaching leaders, empowering them to enable their people to be the best they can be and supporting them in translating the strategy into tangible actions
Specifically, you’ll business partner with ResMed Germany Healthcare team. Strategically positioned, ResMed Healthcare, Germany is both an integrated part of the ResMed family and a standalone business.
It provides home care, telemonitoring, retail services and consultations, and also leads the German market in digitally enabled patient care. Resmed Germany serves more than 200,000 patients with chronic diseases.
You will be part of the People Business Partners team and partner very closely with People colleagues from People Development, Reward, Talent, Talent Acquisition and the People Shared Services teams.
