The Solutions Architect Manager will lead a team of pre-sales  Solutions Architects. As you will help to spearhead our German expansion, you will build and lead technical pre-sales teams. Your successful track record of partnering with the sales organisation will help close revenue with the right approach whilst coaching new sales and pre-sales teams to work effectively together. You will actively guide and get involved to enhance your team’s effectiveness; be an expert at creating and articulating complex, business value-focused solutions; support complex sales cycles; and build relationships with key stakeholders in large corporations.


  • Own and drive hiring and building the Solutions Architect team, rapidly scaling the designated field engineering segment organization without sacrificing quality
  • Build a high performing collaborative culture within a hyper-growth team. To embody and enable Databrick’s customer-obsessed, teamwork and diverse culture
  • Support increase ROI of SA involvement in sales cycles by 2-3x over 18 months
  • Enable a solution/value-based selling field-engineering organization
  • Display a thorough understanding of business needs and revenue potential for accounts in the assigned region
  • Build Databricks’ brand in Germany in partnership with the Marketing and Sales team
