This position is dedicated to the downstream marketing for capital goods related to the Sports Medicine portfolio, including the ZEOS 4K UHD imaging system. This fairly new and very promising, business unit within Zimmer Biomet feels like a start-up within a large multinational organisation. There is a significant market potential for Sports Medicine Capital, and Sports Medicine in general. The Marketing Manager Sports Medicine Capital EMEA leads and executes marketing strategies for the products within assigned territory, supports the execution of launches in new markets and provides training. This marketing position will be focusing on launching, training, expansion and maintenance of the business in existing and new markets. This position is preferably based in Winterthur, (near Zurich), Switzerland so international candidates could be asked to relocate. Your responsibilities are: Analyzes current performance, trends, market conditions, and other contributing factors to help Leadership in recommending base and stretch revenue goals for upcoming years; Assist in marketing planning process for assigned markets by developing and executing annual target setting and market strategy review. Also participates in and contributes to annual marketing operating plan reviews; Liaise with Global Product Engine, upstream marketing, on key requirements for strategic plan, operating plans and new product development priorities; Responsible for the management of strategic business and technology partners; Understand the assigned country(s) requirements, identify customer needs, capture trends and competitive threats to create effective marketing plans: Develop strategies for new product introductions together with local sales partners; Coordinate and support local sales planning of Zimmer Biomet sales partners to ensure alignment with EMEA sales targets. Identify risks and opportunities and prepare business cases; Provide product training and product support to Zimmer Biomet sales partners; Act as point of reference for product/market related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues across different functions to address issues that may arise; Execute campaigns, programs, tools and solutions to support assigned markets; Support promotional activities incl. participation in congresses and sales events, customer conversion incl. participation in the sales process with key accounts. Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders and KOLs: Partners with Medical Education and Compliance to support KOL customer education programs; Monitors and assists in demand planning; Work closely with Zimmer Biomet Sports Medicine BU and align commercial and educational activities.
