Providing high quality service to our asset managers by covering daily business, including individual phone calls, email correspondence and our 'Inquiry Management Tool' Acting as main contact for our asset managers and taking over special responsibility for certain individually assigned asset managers Coordinating and responding to incoming internal and external asset manager inquiries always keeping in mind the regulatory framework and the investors requirements Acting as coordinator between the asset manager and our internal departments like client service, settlement, taxes, etc. Participating in asset manager specific projects and implementing solutions complying with their specific requirements Collaborating closely with local and international business units Providing support to asset managers regarding the usage of our State Street service applications and setting up user rights

For the Asset Manager Service Germany department in our company State Street Bank International GmbH in Munich we are looking for a Client Service Representative (m/f/d) with immediate effect - R-622403. Major Responsibilities Providing high quality service to our asset managers by covering daily business, including individual phone calls, email correspondence and our 'Inquiry Management Tool' Acting as main contact for our asset managers and taking over special responsibility for certain individually assigned asset managers Coordinating and responding to incoming internal and external asset manager inquiries always keeping in mind the regulatory framework and the investors requirements Acting as coordinator between the asset manager and our internal departments like client service, settlement, taxes, etc. Participating in asset manager specific projects and implementing solutions complying with their specific requirements Collaborating closely with local and international business units Providing support to asset managers regarding the usage of our State Street service applications and setting up user rights Education, Experience and Skills Successfully completed Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration Successfully completed apprenticeship as banking specialist (e.g. Bankkaufmann/-frau) beneficial Ideally several years of experience in fund accounting and/or client service Proficiency in German and English Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Word and Excel Strong perception and structured way of working Very good communication skills and ability to work in teams Application Apply Explore opportunities at statestreet.com/careers
