Direct and control program activities to secure program success. Develop the integrated program schedule. Drive execution of the integrated program schedule. Controlling of the cost of the program and generation of budgets for the program in agreement with the top management. Setting guidelines and priorities in case of program conflicts. Manage risk of the program. Design and implementation of a communication and reporting structure (e.g. meetings with employees, the client's top management, authorities, suppliers, customers etc). Foster communication of program related topics within all stakeholders. Participation to Design Reviews. Support purchasing by monitoring supplier information. Provide executive summary of program status to Top Management. Reporting directly to the Managing Directors. Preparation of reports and presentations.
