In this appealing position you are responsible for the group wide internal communication as well as for the external communication related to our HR social media. With this role you combine strategic and conceptual tasks with inde­pendent operational work. You will be located in our German headquarter in Ratingen and you will directly report to our global HR Director. Furthermore, you act as a competent contact person for our top mana­gement in the different countries within our group. You will develop, plan and execute our group wide internal communication strategy and cultivate a consistent tone and voice. You will also be in charge of Swecon's corporate HR social media channels and creation of content and influencer activities. Your tasks include an annual delivery plan for ensuring regular employee communication and a framework for standard processes that can be implemented locally in our business units. The development and design of measures and digital presence to strengthen our employer brand is also part of your role. In this context you will analyse the value of existing and potential communication channels and choose the most effective ways to leverage communication and social media tools. You act as an internal Journalist, you create and edit texts, posts, videos, etc. for the relevant internal and external channels in English and German. You proactively take on the communicative support of complex internal change projects and processes on a group level.
