Support the PMO in establishing and maintaining project management methodologies, standards, and best practices, specifically related to SAP implementations Contribute to the development and implementation of a robust project governance framework, ensuring consistent project execution and reporting Support IT project managers in the execution of SAP projects for the relevant areas/modules, providing guidance, mentorship and access to PMO resources Monitor and track the progress of SAP projects, reporting on key metrics (KPIs), risks, and issues to the PMO leadership.
