Senior Global Brand Manager (m/f/d)
Within the context of the biosimilars commercial strategy framework, establishes product level brand global brand plan, launch plans, road maps establishing key performance indicators for the brand
Work with the team to propose a commercially acceptable target product profile
Integrate customer insights into product development teams and ensure assigned molecule will be commercially acceptable to our customers
Define the product level forecast and budgets with the Senior Director
Recommend creative ways to enhance the Value discussion for the assigned brand in the marketplace (including development of marketing materials and commercial launch campaign)
Monitor and assess the competitive landscape for the assigned product
Define the product differentiation strategy for patient support services, devices, e-health initiatives, companion diagnostics and collaborative partnership to enhance the patient, provider, and payor customer experience.
Define, Develop, and execute launch tools and activities to support launch of the Biosimilar product (e. g. congress management, PSP activities)
Effectively operates within a matrix organization
Represent the commercial function with a high level of credibility in the program team and the global launch team
Drive growth and performance of assigned biosimilar brand
Marketing Excellence
Co-develop with the senior director the marketing excellence strategy
Support global brand planning process and endorsement by management
In charge of biosimilar franchise strategy, execution and communication alignment with all departments
Coordinate Global congresses with brand leads
Work with the Brand Director to maintain the commercial commitment to the P&L for the assigned product:
Supports and prepares the brand forecast assumptions
Monitor the sales performance
Identify opportunities of portfolio level synergies
Additional cross brand and portfolio commercial activities
Strategic Impact
Definition of commercial strategies for an assigned global product launch, including options to creatively grow the business through differentiation other than price
Support the interaction across the organization to align country level launch plans
External interface customers / stakeholders
Degree level background (MBA a plus)
English mandatory, other languages an asset
Min 7 years in pharmaceutical / biotech field
Biosimilar, biologic, and/or specialty pharmaceutical experience
Pharmaceutical commercial and marketing experience
Preference for experience in Mabs and Therapeutic area expertise depending on the Brand responsibility (i.e. Oncology or Autoimmune)
Successful experience in the US market, an asset
