Location: Munich, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Hanover or remote Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

o    Develop DPS (Data Protection Solution) business on Enterprise and Global Accounts in Germany

o   Manages a team of Account Executives providing directions and guidance, supporting an ambitious growth plan and managing complex accounts.

o    Work closely with management to implement a strong and stable growth strategy .

o    Creates and leads to execution the strategic mid and long term development plan on the assigned portfolio of accounts.

o    Applies influence and negotiation skills to drive business results.

o    Drives strategic account management and pipeline development, leveraging a long term account planning approach

o    Committed to and complies with our people strategy; Inspiring leader, Winning together and Entrepreneurial Spirit. He/she advocates for Dell values and culture as great place to work and attracts and retains team members

Essential Requirements:

o    Proven track record and previous experience as leader and people manager.

o    Has In-depth understanding of customers/industry, high level solutions and technical knowledge. C-level Executive Networking.

o    Has proven experience in software solutions sales and portfolio positioning, as well as knowledge of the Enterprise accounts in Germany.

o    People orientation with deep influencing motivation and coaching skills.

o    Knows business trends of the German market and long term vision, being able to translate it to specific actions and plans.

o    Good finance acumen.

o    Excellent communication skills in German and English
