Full P&L responsibility for the region South Europe including well established local subsidiaries in Italy, Spain and France
Providing leadership to a team of 100+ employees with focus on sales and marketing
Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue
Defining local mid- and long-term business plans according to the company's overall strategy
Member of EMEA leadership team
Direct reporting to the German HQ
Technical degree
Extensive leadership experience from a position on a similar level in an international environment
Good knowledge in the field of measurement&control, automation or electrical engineering
Sound understanding of solutions business and value-based-selling
Entrepreneurial sales-personality with conceptual strength
Native Italian, very good skills in English
Trustworthy person living in close proximity to Milano, or willingness to relocate
