Group Strategic Account Manager (m/f/d)
Optimize the overall position with major oil accounts in Germany for sales, purchases, exchanges and terminal throughput contracts for main fuels with the focus of maximising the value of VARO's asset position Negotiate and manage annual exchange, purchase and sales contracts with major accounts based on the integrated refinery/supply and marketing strategy. Gather and evaluate buy/sell positions of major accounts and feed these into the daily Act as a focal point for major accounts and coordinate all information flow within the
Bachelor degree or equivalent Minimum three years relevant working experience in the oil industry preferred Deep understanding of the German oil market with regards to logistics and prices Understanding of various pricing options Understand the principles of trading and hedging Very good at building fruitful business relationships Self-starter with the willingness to adapt in a fast growing and changing work environment Entrepreneurial thinking with a hunger to optimise the value chain A reliable and well organized Team player Able to cope with a high work load and pressure Good numerical skills and very good knowledge of Excel Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
